Terms and Conditions of Use 1vyn Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1vyn ("Platform", "we" or "Company") governing your access to and use of the website, mobile app and all services offered by 1vyn.

By accessing the 1vyn website, downloading the app, registering an account, or using any of the services provided, you expressly and clearly agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is legally valid and carries the same force as a physically signed written agreement.

These Terms are to be read together with the following documents, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1vyn:

1vyn reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to verify your eligibility may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds held in your account may be withheld until full compliance is achieved.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only on the 1vyn platform. Holding more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms.

Regarding account security, you are fully responsible for:

• Choose a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) provided by the platform for added protection
• Ensure you log out of your account when using a shared device
• Notify 1vyn immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Not allow any other party to access or use your account

1vyn will treat all activity occurring in your account as activity performed by you or authorized by you. We will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of a valid national ID or passport and proof of current address dated no more than three months ago. Verification is typically completed within 24 working hours.

The 1vyn platform supports a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia for user convenience. All deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawals are processed within 1–3 working hours for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

• System Exploitation: Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Money Laundering: Using the 1vyn platform to conceal or transfer funds from illegal activities
• Bonus Fraud: Registering multiple accounts or using false identities to claim bonuses illegitimately
• Unauthorized Collaboration: Colluding with other players in casino games or engaging in chip dumping in poker games
• Customer Service Abuse: Flooding the support team with fraudulent requests or false information for personal gain
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user's account or unauthorized areas of the platform

1vyn employs sophisticated fraud detection technology that continuously monitors all activity on the platform. Any activity suspected of violating these terms will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

1vyn reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Upon request by the relevant authorities
• The user personally requests account closure via the self-exclusion option

When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 1vyn reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real money and bonuses. If the closure is at the user's own request or for routine operational reasons, eligible real-money balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all reviews are complete.

Users who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may select the self-exclusion option available in account settings. This option can be set for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.

1vyn's decision in any dispute relating to technical game outcomes or the interpretation of game rules is final and binding, provided such decision is based on valid technical records and established procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining unaffected provisions will continue in full force and effect.
